BULT is a once-daily dietary supplement system for men. One sachet per day contains five capsules and two softgels across three formulas — CORE, VITALITY, and OMEGA. It’s designed to replace the typical five-bottle morning routine with one ritual.

Take the full contents of one sachet daily, with a meal and water. Take it at the same time each day for best results.
With food. The fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and the omega-3 softgels absorb better when taken with a meal that includes some fat.
Most men take BULT with their first meal of the day. Consistency matters more than timing — pick a time you’ll actually keep.
Most men report subtle changes in energy, focus, and recovery within two to four weeks. Sleep, training, and consistency drive the timeline. Performance compounds.
We don’t recommend it. The capsules protect the active ingredients from stomach acid and ensure they’re absorbed properly. If you have trouble swallowing capsules, contact our team.
BULT contains fish oil (anchovy) in the OMEGA softgels, so it is not vegan or vegetarian. The CORE and VITALITY capsules use gelatin.
Some actives compete for absorption when packed together — like calcium and iron, or zinc and copper. Splitting CORE, VITALITY, and OMEGA across separate capsules lets each one use the right delivery method (capsule for solids, softgel for fish oil) without compromising the dose.
BULT is formulated within established safety ranges for healthy adult men. Every ingredient and claim has been reviewed for FDA dietary-supplement compliance by Keller and Heckman LLP, a Washington, D.C. regulatory law firm. Yes. BULT does not contain caffeine or other stimulants. It works as a daily foundation regardless of whether you use pre-workout.
Yes. BULT is a foundational daily system and is designed to work alongside performance staples like creatine and protein. If you’re already taking a multivitamin or a high-dose zinc or magnesium supplement, you may want to scale that back to avoid overlap.

No. BULT does not contain caffeine, synephrine, or any other stimulants.
Most men tolerate BULT well. Some may experience mild digestive adjustment in the first few days as the probiotic blend establishes — this typically resolves on its own. If you experience anything unusual, stop taking BULT and consult your physician.

Manufactured and packaged in the United States in a cGMP-compliant facility.
Methylated forms where it matters: L-5-MTHF folate (not folic acid), ethylcobalamin B12 (not cyanocobalamin), and pyridoxal-5-phosphate B6. Chelated minerals: agnesium glycinate and citrate, zinc picolinate, copper gluconate. These forms are typically better absorbed than the synthetic alternatives used in lower-cost supplements.
Because hiding individual doses hides accountability. Every active in CORE and VITALITY is listed with its exact milligram amount on the supplement facts panel. The Prebiotic and Probiotic Blend is the one exception — strain identities are fully disclosed per 21 CFR 101.36(c).
BULT’s OMEGA softgels use fish oil from anchovy — a small, fast-reproducing fish low on the food chain with lower mercury than larger predators like tuna or swordfish.

Ritual for Men is a multivitamin focused on foundational nutrients. BULT covers foundational nutrients plus adaptogens, circulation actives, omega-3s, and a male-targeted vitality formula — in one daily sachet rather than a separate capsule routine.
A multivitamin is the CORE layer only. BULT adds adaptogens (ashwagandha, ginseng), circulation actives (citrulline, beet root), a male vitality blend (maca, muira puama, pygeum, epimedium), and an omega-3 dose (370 mg EPA + 150 mg DHA) — in one daily ritual.
Even a high-quality diet leaves common gaps for men — vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, EPA + DHA, K2. BULT addresses those plus the male-targeted actives most diets don’t deliver.
Probably not, unless you scale the multi back. BULT covers the foundational micronutrients in the CORE formula. Doubling up on zinc, B-vitamins, or magnesium is unnecessary and in some cases excessive. Email support@bult.com if you want a quick side-by-side review.
